Job summary

Winston Taylor LLP is seeking an accounts payable professional to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices, expense reports and other payables for a fully remote team serving U.S. clients.

You will review invoices, verify coding, process checks, and resolve discrepancies, while delivering excellent service to vendors and internal colleagues. This role requires high-volume data entry, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, collaborative finance environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with high-volume data entry is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review invoice and personal reimbursement requests to ensure proper coding and compliance with firm policies.
• Review prepared checks before mailing; ensure accurate address, mailing procedures, etc.
• Manual check entry for requests that cannot be processed through standard processes.
• Communicate any issues/discrepancies identified during the payment process and follow up until resolved.
• Provide excellent customer service by replying to vendor/employee inquiries regarding the payment process.
• Provide support and assistance to co-workers and collaborate with team on issues.
• Special projects as assigned.
