Microbac is seeking an A/P Specialist to manage payments, verify and reconcile invoices, and ensure timely processing in our ERP system. This role supports laboratory and administrative staff, handling sensitive financial data with discretion.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year in accounting or AP, familiarity with ERP/accounting software, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or AP.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices, code and submit to corporate ERP.
• Process payments and reconcile AP batches.
• Respond to vendor calls and emails regarding payment status.
