Responsibilities

• Own the Due Diligence-to-Negotiation handoff so reporting never stalls between teams.
• Keep the MI property-tax filings ahead of every assessor deadline.
• Pair CIA Certification reporting with Negotiation reviews for a tighter feedback loop.
• Field the flexible ad-hoc analysis the CFO needs before Monday.
• Build the finance P&L bridge that explains every dollar of swing.
