Jobot Consulting is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join the Finance team in a fully remote role. The candidate will manage all AP processes, including 3 Way Match, invoice processing, and payments, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with 3 Way Match and invoice processing.
• Proficient in NetSuite and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle AP: invoices, 3 Way Match, payments.
• Audit for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with procurement on PO creation.
• Develop and implement AP policies to improve accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AP reports.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Provide training on AP processes and best practices.
• Stay current with financial regulations and trends.
