Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to support the Phoenix corporate office. The role processes invoices and employee expense reports, manages AP balances, and assists with payments in accordance with policies.

This is a full-time, distributed position with occasional Phoenix office visits. Ideal candidates have at least one year of AP experience, strong data entry and MS Office skills, and familiarity with Emburse software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounts payable processes and vendor payments.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong computer skills.
• Emburse software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and expense reports for timely payment.
• Audit and reconcile accounts payable and prepare disbursements.
• Maintain organized AP records for audit purposes and vendor inquiries.
• Assist with AP policies and procedures and respond to audits.
