Job summary

You will supervise the AP team, enforce controls, and drive process improvements across the AP function. The role requires 7–10 years in AP/finance operations, experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and strong vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive accounts payable or finance operations experience.
• Experience supervising or leading AP teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing and payment runs.
• Oversee vendor reconciliations and AP close activities.
• Supervise AP team members, coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Support audits with schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and FP&A for end-to-end payables.
