Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Accounts Payable to lead day-to-day AP operations, ensure accurate payments, and uphold internal controls.

You will supervise specialists and team leads, resolve vendor inquiries, and partner with Procurement and Treasury on end-to-end payables processes. The role requires 7–10 years in AP, a solid accounting foundation, and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, CA, CMA, CMA).
• 7–10 years of progressive accounts payable or finance operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable operations and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Oversee vendor management, invoice discrepancies, and escalation resolutions.
• Supervise AP team members; provide coaching and development.
• Ensure SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit support.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements for AP.
