Job summary

MDpanel seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate for a remote role in the USA. You will process vendor invoices, manage vendor records, and handle payments while supporting month-end close and process improvements.

The position requires 1–2 years of AP or accounting experience, NetSuite familiarity, and strong Excel skills. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting fundamentals.
• Experience using accounting software; NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner with proper approvals and documentation.
• Maintain vendor records, including W-9s, banking information, and contact details.
• Process vendor payments via ACH, checks, and wires and support year-end close.
• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Identify invoice discrepancies and work with internal teams and vendors to resolve them.
• Support month-end close and contribute to process improvements.
