Job summary

Praxis, Inc. is seeking an AP Analyst to manage month-end accruals, review team outputs, and drive accurate processing of invoices and payments. You will implement new policies and collaborate with management to ensure timely financial closes.

The role requires 2–3 years of corporate finance experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong GAAP knowledge. Experience with Coupa, Airbase, and NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years corporate finance experience required or preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Experience with GAAP controls and reconciliations is expected.
• Familiarity with Coupa, Airbase, and NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze A/P invoices and record month-end accruals.
• Process global invoices and pay vendors with country-specific requirements.
• Review high volume complex invoices for accuracy and G/L Coding.
• Examine new vendor setup requests for accuracy and documentation.
• Enforce no PO no Pay policy and develop reporting dashboards.
