Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting experience, preferably 2+ years public accounting experience at Big 4 or international firm.
• Proven track record managing remote/offshore teams.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• Love for details and high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and team workflow.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial deliverables for client portfolio.
• Organize and prioritize team efforts to meet deadlines.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Mentor and develop team members, including offshore staff.
• Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Communicate clearly and timely with clients and colleagues.
• Drive process improvements and best practices implementation.
