Job summary

Stratoscope is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join the Finance & Accounting team. This hands-on role covers accounts payable, accounts receivable and project billing, cash application, bank reconciliations, expense processing, and month-end close support in Sage Intacct and SAP Concur.

You will maintain accurate records across multiple entities, research discrepancies, and ensure proper supporting documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: process vendor invoices, validate data and maintain vendor records.
• Accounts Receivable & Project Billing: prepare and post invoices in Sage Intacct, monitor billing completeness.
• Cash Receipts & Bank Reconciliations: apply payments and perform bank reconciliations.
• Month-end close support and account reconciliations: prepare schedules and assist close.
