Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience along with a degree, diploma or certificate program in accounting or a related field
• Holds or is working toward a CPB designation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Team player with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Complete full-cycle bookkeeping
• Prepare reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare HST returns and assist with month-end reporting
• Support financial statement preparation
• Work directly with clients and answer accounting questions
• Help identify efficiencies and improve processes
