Jade Consulting Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join a results-driven, client-focused team. You will perform full-cycle bookkeeping, handle reconciliations, and support month-end processes while delivering accurate financial insights.

The role offers remote flexibility and a collaborative culture built on the Jade Way values. You’ll work with clients directly, improve processes, and grow your accounting skills through continuous learning.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience along with a degree, diploma or certificate program in accounting or a related field
• Holds or is working toward a CPB designation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for learning and continuous improvement
• Team player with excellent attention to detail

Responsabilidades

• Complete full-cycle bookkeeping
• Prepare reconciliations and journal entries
• Prepare HST returns and assist with month-end reporting
• Support financial statement preparation
• Work directly with clients and answer accounting questions
• Help identify efficiencies and improve processes
