AIMRIGHT is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to support our accounting functions for engineering, construction materials testing, and drilling operations in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role focuses on handling AP/AR, invoicing, vendor management, and ensuring accurate financial records.

You will work with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and Google Sheets to maintain project cost tracking and reporting, with a collaborative team and a standard Monday–Friday schedule on-site.

Qualifikationen

• Practical experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or related accounting functions.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, expense coding, and financial recordkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up on outstanding items, and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information responsibly.

Aufgaben

• Process vendor invoices in QuickBooks Online and code to correct accounts.
• Match invoices with POs, receipts, and approvals; resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on project data.
• Coordinate with project managers for billing information and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end activities.
• Support cost tracking and reporting with Excel/Google Sheets.
