Section Leads manage announcements, forums, office hours, grading, and feedback, with professional development and optional on‑campus events.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting or closely related field required.
• Significant accounting expertise and instructional experience in accounting.
• Experience teaching adult learners in academic or corporate settings.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate in digital environments.
• Commitment to inclusive learning environments and academic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead online course sections, post announcements, and engage in discussion boards.
• Provide timely feedback and monitor student progress.
• Offer weekly virtual office hours and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Grade assignments and exams within 48–72 hours per rubrics.
• Attend weekly Faculty Lead calls and participate in program events.
