Job summary

William & Mary is recruiting a pool of Adjunct Faculty (Section Leads) to manage online course sections in the MS Marketing and Online MBA programs. Section Leads will interact with students, post announcements, hold office hours, and grade assignments.

You will participate in asynchronous delivery, provide timely feedback, and collaborate with the Faculty Lead to maintain course quality. Remote work from Virginia is available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business/marketing or a related field.
• Significant instructional experience with adult learners.
• Proven ability to teach online in a digital environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more 7.5-week asynchronous course sections.
• Post announcements, hold weekly office hours, and respond to inquiries.
• Grade assignments and provide timely feedback to students.
• Monitor student progress and participate in weekly discussions.
