You will conduct introductory calls and prepare service quotes based on each prospect’s needs.

The ideal candidate blends accounting knowledge with strong relationship-building and communication skills to guide founders toward Kruze solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; startup/audit exposure preferred.
• Experience in a client-facing role such as sales, business development, or client advisory; ability to discuss financials with founders.

Responsibilities

• Sales: close new business and exceed goals; educate prospects on Kruze services; manage inbound leads and follow-ups.
• Administrative: update sales pipeline in CRM; maintain records; collaborate with Onboarding, Tax, Accounting, and Finance teams.
• Internal development: attend training, cross-train, and participate in ongoing professional growth.
