Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager (Accounting SME and Tech Solutions Advisor) to rapidly validate product strategies with government contract requirements.

You will bridge state government accounting practices and technology solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, design, and engineering to scope work. You will guide teams through complex public policy implementations, review documentation, and lead integrations of accounting software to improve efficiency and data

Formación

• Three+ years as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams.
• Minimum five years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial measurement tools and accounting principles.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and state-government compliance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and gain buy-in from teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bias toward action; can lead in gaps and ambiguity.
• Ability to execute with incomplete information and create order from diverse needs.
• Ability to define product objectives and reverse engineer path.
• Ability to spot market trends affecting direction.
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative, positive mindset.
