Responsibilities

• Analyze and process confidential client portfolio correspondence for transactions.
• Prepare and send client portfolio transaction letters.
• Monitor email correspondence and route requests to appropriate departments.
• Maintain and communicate wire instructions to relevant parties.
• Process wires timely and accurately through the treasury system.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
