Job summary

Pathway Capital Management, LP is seeking a Fund Accountant to join our growing team. You will handle accounting and reporting for funds of funds, reconciling to the investment database and preparing monthly roll-forward values and audit support.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least two years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting concepts, and the ability to work overtime during quarterly peak cycles. Remote in California offered.

Responsibilities

• Record accounting entries and reconcile to the investment database.
• Prepare monthly roll-forward values and other reports.
• Prepare work-paper support for year-end audits of funds of funds.
• Review and interpret quarterly financial statements of investment partnerships.
• Analyze activity in investment partnership accounts.
• Record capital account information in the investment database.
