Job summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager - Lease to oversee fixed asset and leasing accounting and lead the accounting staff across divisions. The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance/accounting with leadership experience, strong MS Office, and knowledge of CoStar/Blackline. The position is remote within the U.S. except Hawaii and territories, with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance and/or accounting experience
• At least 1 year of experience leading projects, processes or people
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff to ensure timely delivery of financial information
• Oversee month and quarter end close for leases and related entries
• Coordinate cash flow rollforwards and journal entries in CoStar/Blackline
• Support SOX controls and financial reporting procedures
• Oversee lease classifications, extensions and terminations in CoStar
• Review balance sheet accounts and resolve issues with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and maintain internal controls
