Job summary

Lumelight is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, support monthly and annual reporting, and ensure GAAP compliance. The role offers remote work within approved Lumelight states and leadership of a small accounting team.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems; CPA or CPA-track is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Record and approve transactions following GAAP.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and post adjustments.
• Serve as resource for internal/external inquiries.
• Post and review journal entries.
• Update finance and accounting policies and procedures.
• Manage and delegate to Staff Accountant.
• Assist Controller and CFO with risk mitigation and audits.
