Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager, GBS Analytics to lead end-to-end accounting processes, including close cycles, reconciliations, and controls in a remote-capable role.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, and Procurement to drive standardization, automation, and compliance with GAAP while mentoring staff and presenting to senior leadership on accounting matters and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in accounting or finance with extensive GAAP knowledge and 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced understanding of internal controls, closing processes, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, month/quarter/year closes.
• Lead activities across Cash, AP, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Leases, Payroll, and more.
• Maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance; review journals and schedules.
