L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead the Consolidations team. You will drive US GAAP compliance, consolidate financials, review entries, and provide timely reporting to senior leadership for informed decisions.

The role involves working with external filings, audits, and system implementations like OneStream. A CPA is preferred; strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Graduate degree with required years of experience (see qualifications).
• CPA with active license (preferred, not required).
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve monthly consolidated adjustment entries.
• Review quarterly consolidated schedules submitted by segments.
• Perform reconciliation and analysis on intercompany accounts.
• Support the preparation and tie out of external financial documents (SEC filings).
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Assist with implementation of OneStream consolidation software.
• Provide ad hoc reports and analyses to Compliance, Tax, FP&A, and Investor Relations as requested.
