Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting to lead the Consolidations team and ensure timely, accurate US GAAP financials.

This remote opportunity focuses on reviewing consolidation entries, intercompany reconciliations, and coordinating external reporting such as SEC filings. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver data-driven insights, support audits, and drive process improvements across the consolidation function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree with extensive accounting experience, or equivalent years of work experience.
• CPA with active license is preferred but not required.
• Experience with US GAAP and consolidation processes.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve monthly consolidated adjustment entries.
• Review quarterly consolidated schedules by segments.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and analysis.
• Support SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) and external audits.
• Assist implementation of OneStream consolidation software.
