The role requires 3+ years in public accounting, a strong QuickBooks Online background, and a CPA qualification preferred. You will coordinate month-end close, payroll, and tax filings while supporting business development and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
• Reside in the DFW area, with availability to meet in person at least twice weekly during the initial period.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish month-end close processes for new clients.
• Create and maintain COA aligned with client needs; direct changes with staff accountants.
• Identify required client filings, including federal, state, and local taxes.
