Retail Imaging in the United States is seeking an accounting support specialist to help with routine billing, vendor invoices, purchasing, and inventory records. You will coordinate with Accounting, Service, and Warehouse teams to keep transactions accurate and moving on time.

The role offers hybrid work with some on-site days and requires at least one year of A/P/A/R experience, a high school diploma, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of experience handling A/P and A/R tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework preferred.
• Familiarity with invoices, purchase orders, vendor bills, and inventory records.
• Proficient in Excel and able to learn accounting, inventory, and service systems.

Aufgaben

• Support customer billing, sales order processing, and approved purchasing.
• Process vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies, escalate complex questions to Finance Director.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment and shipment tracking, update delivery status.
• Work with Accounting, Service, and Warehouse to ensure records are ready for billing.
• Maintain financial and inventory records per approval procedures.
• Provide administrative support including mail, office supplies, and logistics for on-site teams.
• Interact with others and model core values.
