Job summary

Canteen North America is seeking an Accounting Coordinator in Orlando, FL. This role supports our OCS and Vending operations, serving as the financial backbone to keep numbers accurate and operations running smoothly.

The position follows a Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with work-from-home on Saturdays. You will reconcile inventory, process invoices, assist AR/AP, and collaborate with warehouse, field, and admin teams to resolve issues while safeguarding sensitive data and enforcing

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in accounting/AP/AR/reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot, VLOOKUP).
• Comfort with vending tech, CC readers, basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze data and work independently under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed warehouse and inventory reconciliations across OCS and Vending operations.
• Review, validate, and maintain financial records for accurate reporting.
• Investigate cash shortages/overages, variances, and warehouse discrepancies with operations.
• Create customer orders and process invoices; support AR through payment tracking and reconciliations.
• Assist with AP functions; ensure documentation per policy.
• Update product pricing for OCS and Vending categories.
• Troubleshoot vending machines with CC readers; coordinate service with field teams.
• Collaborate daily with warehouse, route drivers, and field operations to resolve issues.
• Complete data entry and support internal/external audits.
• Safeguard sensitive financial data and maintain controls.
