Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting an Accounting Software Implementation Manager for a confidential, high-growth AI technology company building automation solutions for housing and healthcare.

You will lead hands-on ERP implementations, accounting software deployments, and finance transformation initiatives, translating complex accounting requirements into practical configurations and deployment plans while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of ERP implementation or finance transformation consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring or deploying accounting software.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, accruals, and close processes.
• Experience translating customer requirements into software configurations.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements from requirements gathering through configuration, implementation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with CFOs, controllers, and finance teams to document workflows and needs.
• Configure accounting software and ERP solutions to support GL, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Translate requirements into practical configurations and implementation plans.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities for accounting automation products.
• Communicate technical and accounting concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Identify challenges, resolve issues, and improve deployment processes.
• Build scalable processes for a fast-growing technology environment.

Premier Global Links LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential, high-growth AI technology company developing automation solutions for housing and healthcare. We are seeking an Accounting Software Implementation Manager with hands‑on experience in ERP implementation, accounting software deployment, finance transformation, and customer engagement.

This role is ideal for professionals from Big Four consulting firms, finance transformation teams, or accounting and ERP software companies who enjoy solving complex accounting challenges and implementing technology solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements from requirements gathering through software configuration, implementation, and deployment.
• Work directly with CFOs, Controllers, and finance teams to understand accounting workflows and business requirements.
• Configure and implement accounting software and ERP solutions that support the General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), reconciliations, payments, and month-end close.
• Translate customer requirements into practical software configurations and implementation plans.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities for accounting automation products.
• Communicate technical and accounting concepts clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Identify implementation challenges, resolve issues, and improve deployment processes.
• Build scalable processes while adapting to a dynamic, high-growth technology environment.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, accounting software deployment, or finance transformation consulting.
• Hands‑on experience implementing, configuring, or deploying accounting or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows, including General Ledger, AP/AR, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.
• Experience gathering customer requirements and translating them into software configurations.
• Strong customer relationship management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New York City 4–5 days per week.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada, or be willing and eligible to relocate to New York City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a Big Four accounting firm or in finance transformation consulting.
• Experience at an accounting or ERP software company in implementation, deployment, or customer success.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, or other ERP and accounting platforms.
• Experience supporting finance systems migration or back‑office automation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $160,000–$200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
