Remote is seeking an Accountant to join our Finance, Tax & Accounting team. You will handle posting transactions, reconciliations, payroll across multiple countries, and assist with month-end close. This role supports global operations and requires strong GAAP knowledge and Excel proficiency.

The position emphasizes accurate financial analysis and timely delivery in a remote, fast-growing environment, with an emphasis on collaboration and automation capabilities within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification accounting experience.
• EMEA timezone is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP is a plus.
• Must ensure GAAP compliance and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Posting transactions in SAP.
• Close and reconcile sub-ledgers (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank).
• Record and reconcile payroll for multiple countries.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and filings.
• Contribute to financial statement preparation.
