Simera is seeking an accounting support professional to assist with daily financial transactions and data entry, while enabling teams to operate remotely. You will help with invoices, expenses, and payments, and support both account payable and receivable processes.

The role requires knowledge of accounting principles, experience with financial systems, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Strong communication in English is essential for collaboration with clients and vendors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using accounting or financial management systems.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
• English proficiency for communication with clients, vendors, or teams.

Responsabilités

• Assist with recording and processing daily financial transactions
• Enter invoices, expenses, and payments into financial systems
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Support audits by gathering and organizing financial documentation
