Job summary

First American in Arizona is seeking an Accounting Analyst to work primarily remotely with occasional Scottsdale office support. You will handle AP/AR questions, review employee expense reports, and help resolve issues across finance systems such as Oracle and Concur.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of analytical or related business experience, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills. You will produce reports and support process improvements in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically requires 2-4 years of analytical or related business experience.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems and communicate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers as the first point of contact to resolve customer service calls/queries/problems.
• Create and analyze reports and make recommendations to management based on findings.
• Support offshore staff by answering questions, providing training, and updating documentation as needed.
• Assist with training of business process changes as needed.
• Participate on teams for process improvement, cost reduction and issue resolution.
