Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of analytical or related business experience.
• Strong problem solving and research abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP Concur and/or Service First preferred.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers as the first point of contact to resolve customer service calls, queries, and problems.
• Answer questions for internal and external customers and vendors related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Resolve shipping issues.
• Review employee expense reports and approve them for reimbursement.
• Create and analyze reports and make recommendations to management based on findings.
• Support offshore staff by answering questions, providing training, and updating documentation as needed.
• Assist with training on business process changes as needed.
• Participate on teams for process improvement, cost reduction, and issue resolution.
• Navigate Oracle and Concur systems to provide resolutions.
