Job summary

Secured Tech is seeking an Accountant who can handle AP/AR, invoicing, and monthly close in a primarily remote capacity with occasional onsite duties near Fortville, IN. The role requires GAAP knowledge, 3–5 years of accounting experience, and proficiency with NetSuite and HubSpot.

You will support financial reporting, reconciliations, and expense controls while maintaining accurate records for internal stakeholders and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Three to five years of accounting experience
• Current working knowledge of a mid-to-enterprise ERP system

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Payable & Receivable processes, including coding/vendor bills, invoicing, and collections.
• Support month-end/quarter-end closing and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain GAAP-compliant financial records and perform variance analysis.
• Oversee recurring accruals (AP, labor) and revenue recognition alignment.
• Monitor HubSpot and NetSuite for accurate data and reporting.
