Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Senior Accountant for a remote role to drive financial excellence. You will ensure GAAP compliance, support strategic decision-making, and collaborate across departments to provide actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have a BA in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with NetSuite ERP to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems; NetSuite experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, inventory, and accruals.
• Manage inventory accounting, cost analysis, and revenue recognition.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Collaborate with FP&A and operations for actionable insights.
• Utilize ERP systems for reporting and process optimization; NetSuite preferred.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and best practices.
• Support audits and tax filings with required documentation.
