Zusammenfassung

Jasper is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close, GL operations, and balance sheet reconciliations in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will partner across the business to streamline processes and support growth. The role is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the US.

You will leverage NetSuite, Ramp, Numeric, Maxio, and Carta, ensuring US GAAP compliance, preparing journal entries, and supporting audits and tax filings. CPA required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Active CPA license is required.
• 3+ years of GL accounting, preferably in SaaS tech.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and month-end close.
• Experience with cloud ERP and SaaS finance tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Manage close workflows and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Oversee vendor payments and intercompany processes.
• Reconcile SaaS billing, payments, and gateway transactions.
• Maintain equity and capitalization reporting in Carta.
• Oversee variable compensation calculations and ASC 340.
• Ensure US GAAP adherence and internal controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve variances.
• Support audits, tax filings, and compliance.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial reporting and system enhancements.
