Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience with exposure to billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting practices.
• Experience in insurance, billing operations, or accounting environments.
• Proficiency in accounting systems/ERP (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform billing reconciliation and funding settlements, resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable activities including invoicing, cash application, and collections follow-up.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve billing issues and disputes.
