Job summary

Xactus is seeking an Account Setup Coordinator to accurately configure and activate client accounts in our proprietary system. You will handle onboarding and post-onboarding tasks, including products, sub-accounts, and loan officer accounts, following strict procedures to ensure data accuracy and client satisfaction.

This full-time remote role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm EST, with equipment provided. You will collaborate with multiple departments and continuously learn system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and activate new client accounts in the system on onboarding.
• Configure product configurations and sub-accounts per client needs.
• Manage vendor codes and access levels per procedures.
• Review setup accuracy before activation and document changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to validate access and requirements.
• Maintain data accuracy and compliance in configurations and records.
