Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• About 1–2 years of customer-facing account service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with account service workflows, service tickets, and product/service information preferred.
• Experience using a CRM such as Nimble or similar system preferred.
• Experience using a support platform such as Gladly and a contact-center system such as Five9 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and service requests via queue, phone, email, chat, and tickets, identifying topic and next steps.
• Verify customer details against system information before discussing products or updating requests.
• Use Nimble CRM to review history and document interactions.
• Use Gladly to route and categorize service tickets per team workflows.
• Provide clear explanations, confirm understanding, and summarize actions taken.
