The position supports remote US operations with rotating Saturday shifts and opportunities for bonus eligibility as part of Provident's compensation program.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication to ensure member experience.
• Organized self-starter with willingness to learn procedures.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws related to credit unions including BSA/OFAC.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions such as deposits and payments.
• Scan checks for deposit and payment; resolve out of balance situations.
• Monitor mail, email, and faxes; respond to inquiries timely.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and ensure compliance.
