This full-time HealthLab Account Service Coordinator role involves assisting clients across Chicago, the Western suburbs, and near North suburbs, with travel to client offices 3–5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Provide a high level of customer service internally and externally.
• Support pricing projects and special requests for the team.
• Act as liaison between client, sales, main lab, supply, courier, LIS, client services and billing.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiencies in client offices and internal workflows.
• On-board new account startups with the sales team and client office personnel.
• Monitor p-file trends and deliver improvement measures.
• Attend meetings to review client dashboards and issue tracking.
• Coordinate user testing and acceptance of system changes with client interfaces and sales.
• Troubleshoot application/workflow issues with operations and drive results.
• Visit client accounts on-site to build and retain relationships.
