OOCL North America Group in the Chicago area seeks an Account Representative to develop new business and maintain customer relations within the designated territory. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute sales plans and manage contracts.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Customer Relations - Develop and vet new opportunities, maintain and improve the value of existing business & customer relations in the designated territory based upon trade and regional sales plan objectives.
• Sales Plan - Create, execute, and deliver continuous improvement with focus toward improving revenue, contribution and customer value based upon trade, region, yield management.
• Bid & Contracts - Develop strategies, negotiate, prepare, and audit for accuracy. Implement and monitor performance in cooperation with trades, RSD's, cross functional colleagues & inside sales team.
• Admin, training, and travel & expenses– Meet assigned deadlines while managing compliance based upon OOCL standards and individual budget assignments.
• Other duties as assigned
