The Account Manager will manage all aspects of assigned accounts, from sourcing vendors and insurance certification to tracking work at client locations, and will play a pivotal role in our growth.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate qualified competitive vendors who meet all compliance standards.
• Choose the best vendors to provide needed services and manage contracts.
• Ensure compliance on an ongoing basis with company and customer requirements.
• Investigate issues pertaining to assigned accounts and develop a plan for resolution.
• Track all open tasks and jobs, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Provide necessary documentation aligned with scope of work and customer expectations.
• Prepare relevant invoicing documentation and manage any invoicing disputes.
• Communicate with clients to ensure account satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Be available for on-call after hours and weekend snow services support.
