• Oversees the bid process for all clients.
• Works with Senior Account Managers on margins and change orders.
• Addresses escalated client and vendor questions and concerns.
• Participates in hiring for Operations team members.
• Provides coaching and conducts annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Represents SFM at industry events.
• Completes weekly reports for the CEO/Chairman within set timeframes.
