Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker in Charleston, SC is seeking an Account Manager to drive sales for DEWALT, STANLEY and other brands as a remote member of the Tools & Outdoor team. You will build distributor relationships, develop plans for growth, and coordinate marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Sales or Marketing experience in construction supplies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for key brands with distributors.
• Build relationships with distributor partners and support marketing, training, rebates.
• Develop annual plans with top distributors and conduct quarterly updates.
• Coordinate mutual objectives and marketing plans with distributors.
• Learn pricing structures and channel programs.
