Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager - In the Field in Milwaukee, WI. This role focuses on selling DEWALT, STANLEY, CRAFTSMAN and other brands through key distribution partners, with a field-based home base in Milwaukee.

You will lead business planning, build strong distributor partnerships, and drive growth while traveling locally and occasionally overnight as needed. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies or related sector.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve top-line sales targets based on division and local market goals by selling key brands to distributor partners.
• Establish and develop relationships with distributor partners, supporting marketing, training, program selling, rebates, and promotions.
• Prepare full-year plans to grow the business with top distributors and conduct quarterly progress updates.
