• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned residential and healthcare partner accounts.
• Maintain quarterly outreach cadence through site visits or remote follow-ups.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, billing, ops, and business development teams to support onboarding, retention and growth.
• Identify risks and gaps early to address retention and growth.
