Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum and UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, coaching staff and ensuring clinical and financial performance. The role partners with clinic teams to deliver comprehensive care and drive growth in pharmaceutical services.

You will lead patient counseling, immunizations and wellness services while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws, policies, and quality standards within a collaborative care model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Current pharmacist’s license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become one within 3 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and builds solid relationships to meet needs.
• Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and supports clinical outcomes.
• Counsels and educates patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and schedules.
