Job summary

Excel Impact, LLC is seeking a data-driven Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation sector. This remote role requires strong KPI tracking and the ability to drive revenue through performance marketing strategies.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of partners, tracking KPIs, conducting regular reviews, and collaborating with marketing to improve lead distribution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, performance marketing, or lead generation.
• Proven experience meeting KPIs in a lead-driven environment.
• Strong data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking.

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation industry. This role requires strong analytical skills, KPI-driven performance tracking, and revenue optimization expertise.

This is a remote role, travel is required for local team meetups, industry conferences, and company summits throughout the year. Candidates should be local to the Miami, FL area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partners , ensuring robust monthly and yearly revenue growth .
