Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for Installation Tooling, based in Kingston, NY with remote/hybrid flexibility.

The role focuses on growing profitability through strategic sales plans, customer training, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering and Marketing to expand the tooling product line. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in industrial sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, and/or Engineering from an accredited university.
• 10+ years within a manufacturing environment if no degree is present.
• Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, create, and execute comprehensive sales plans for installation tooling.
• Lead the development and execution of major sales and promotional programs.
• Grow market share for installation tooling systems with national accounts and major customers.
• Provide training and support to customers, distributors, and internal teams as needed.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product Management, and Engineering to launch new products.
